Sudoku is Ornithologically Adjacent Ratios by Jrosas, App variant is OTHER

Normal sudoku rules apply. Across the white dot the two digits are consecutive. Some orthogonally adjacent cells are separated by birds. Each bird indicates a specific ratio. All pairs of digits on the same kind of bird are in an equal ratio eg. a pelican might lie between pairs of digits that share a 3:4 ratio. If so, the ornithologically related pairs across pelicans would be 3:4, 6:8, 4:3, and 8:6. Not all possible birds are given.
