Choose six distinct digits from 1 to 9 and divide the grid into six orthogonally connected regions of six cells each. Place the chosen digits so that each row, column, and region contains each digit exactly once. The three digits in the pill form a three-digit number, read from left to right, equal to the sum of all digits on the arrow shaft. Region borders divide the shaft into segments of equal sum. Within each segment, digits increase in the direction of the arrowhead.
